From Living in Fear to Leading with Love
From an early age, I learned to seek love by giving—always going the extra mile, hoping that care would be reciprocated. Growing up, I felt that love was something to earn, a pattern that followed me into adulthood. This mindset made me vulnerable to one-sided relationships, always stretching myself thin to keep things together, even when it hurt.
As a photographer and mentor in 2010, I dedicated myself to capturing beautiful moments and inspiring others. Yet, behind the lens, I found myself trapped in an abusive relationship. It started with emotional control and eventually turned physical. Leaving was terrifying, but it forced me to confront a painful truth: I had been so consumed by giving that I barely recognised myself.​
Taking time for myself, I recognised that I didn’t just need healthier relationships—I needed to understand why I felt unworthy of balanced, reciprocal love. Eventually, I met my husband, a relationship rooted in kindness and mutual respect. But even then, I noticed a new challenge: I wasn’t comfortable receiving genuine care and love.

My journey led me to retrain as a psychotherapist, motivated by a passion to help others free themselves from attachment wounds and find confidence in building empowering relationships. I created a framework that guides people in choosing connections—friendships, business relationships, and romantic partners—that nurture and uplift. Today, I’m grateful to support others in finding the courage and self-worth to seek authentic, balanced relationships they deserve.
